Consciously Connected Kids – Emotional Regulation Exercises and Tools for kids 2 - 7 years
Join Jeanene for a dynamic, hands-on class where children rotate through activity stations designed to support brain development, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance. Using cross-lateral movements, kids engage both hemispheres of the brain, strengthening neural connections that support higher learning and focus. Each station incorporates calming techniques such as gentle body compression, mindful breathing, and partner/group exercises to help children regulate and calm their nervous systems.


Soothing Story Time with Sound for Kids 2 - 7 years (with Parent)
Join Jeanene for a nurturing and enchanting experience where you and your child (2 - 7 years) can explore movement, story, and sound together. We’ll begin with gentle body movements to help children settle comfortably on the floor with you, followed by a guided storytime meditation that sparks imagination and calm. The session concludes with a soothing sound journey, creating a magical space for children to relax, tune into their senses, and explore their inner world. Children share at the end.
Soothing Sunday - Restorative Yoga Reset with Sound - Adults
Join Jeanene for Soothing Sunday and glide into the week ahead feeling intentional, refreshed, and renewed. In this restorative yoga class, you’ll tap into the body’s natural healing power, holding supported poses on the floor with props for 7–15 minutes each to allow the body to fully open and release. As tension melts away, you’ll be guided to listen deeply to the wisdom of your body and the calling of your heart, creating space for profound relaxation, calm stability, and emotional balance.
